1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Phasr app, or by visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Phasr.
2. What Phasr is
Phasr provides AI-generated training plans for runners, triathletes, and Hyrox athletes. Training plans are generated automatically based on the information you provide. They are intended as a training tool, not as a substitute for advice from a qualified coach or medical professional.
3. Health disclaimer
Training involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. Before starting any training programme, consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions or concerns. Phasr accepts no liability for injuries, illness, or other health issues that may arise from following a training plan generated by the app.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Phasr.
5. Free tier and paid features
The core of Phasr is free to use. Premium features may be made available through a paid subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or availability at any time, with reasonable prior notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use Phasr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app or its content without our prior written consent.
7. Intellectual property
All content, code, designs, and trademarks related to Phasr are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the right to use the app as described.
8. Limitation of liability
Phasr is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Phasr after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
